E-commerce Brand Manager with Commission
Industry leading E-commerce company located in Midtown Manhattan is currently seeking motivated candidates for a Brand Manager in the Purchasing Department. This is a challenging, yet rewarding position for someone looking to expand on their experience in E-commerce. Ideal candidates will have successful E-commerce skills in retail consumer elelctronics and understand the key components and fundamentals of successful internet retailing. Key Responsibilities:
~ Maximize ROI and conversion of website traffic for specific assigned brand(s) and/or new brand(s)
~ Work closely with company Executives and multiple departments to analyze, create, and execute strategy and priorities
~ Deal directly and aggressively with vendors, distributors, and manufacturers on a daily basis to optimize all aspects of buying and selling assigned brand(s)
~ Learn all of the details and priorities of successful E-commerce, including marketing, content, analytics, and strategy
~ Bring passion and eagerness to "take charge" of assigned brands
~ Utilize problem-solving skills to identify, correct, and monitor
~ Keep up with competition and new technologies
~ Maintain active communication with Dept. Managers, Executives, etc.
~ General office duties to support work
~ Work independently and within a team to reach individual and company goals
Qualifications:
~ 2+ Year(s) experience in E-commerce with thorough knowledge of fundamental concepts and strategies
~ Assertive, “Take Charge” attitude willing to take ownership of work
~ Strong communication skills **Key Qualification**
~ Ideally have experience in conumer electronics in E-commerce
~ Independence; must be able to be your own boss
~ Meticulous eye for detail and follow-through is VITAL
~ PC skills in Microsoft Office and internet research
