Social Media Coordinator / Big Fuel

Responsibilities:
- Research, develop and assist in the management of client programs through all project phases
- Assist in pitches – concepting, research, partner outreach, pricing, deck creation etc.
- Assist in management of multiple client and internal twitter accounts (researching content, writing and posting tweets, managing correspondence and analytics)
- Assist in management of multiple client and internal facebook fan page accounts
- Assist in researching and discovering new influencers and bloggers
- Serve as day-to-day point person for with bloggers and influencers
- Maintain internal database of partners (blogger, video producers, publishers etc.)
- Compile and analyze weekly and monthly campaign measurement reports
- Manage, inspire and critique internal and external resources
- Successfully manage multiple client projects & pitches while delivering superior results within budget and on time
- Coordinate budget estimates and price quotes internally and with outside partner vendors, as necessary, for inclusion in proposals.
- Coordinate strategic development efforts for Big Fuel
- Assist team with online communications through on Big Fuel blogs, and other internal Social Media initiatives.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of social media or agency experience
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written
- Passion for social media and advanced knowledge of online and social marketing
- Solid project management skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through
- Willingness and ability to jump in take lead on project deliverables
- Comfortable working in a boutique-shop environment
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, independent problem solver
- Able to work independently, as well as on a team
