Lead Digital Analyst:
We are looking for an analytics and statistics professional to oversee a new “Performance Team” in our Operations department – this team is responsible for driving optimal execution for our company’s platinum accounts. The Lead Digital Analyst will spearhead the mathematical modeling that will be used to predict and manage performance.

This is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills and experience to the rapidly growing Online Advertising industry. You will have the opportunity to affect many facets of our business by establishing best practices in both campaign and inventory management, as well as by working with our Technology Developers to help build out our automated optimization capabilities.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of analytics experience
• Expert-level Excel skills
• Experience performing statistical modeling
• Some management experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven customer service skills
• Extremely organized and pro-active
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or related
• Master’s degree or above preferred
• Knowledge of CTR, CPA and other media metrics preferred but not required
