Leading provider of web-based marketing automation systems for major brands seeks an energetic, disciplined, and clear-thinking Account Manager to help us grow our burgeoning client relationships. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the conventional marketing-production process and an instinct for all the ways in which web technology can be used to streamline and cost-reduce pre-existing manual methods. S/he will also be: (a) adept in producing and maintaining project schedules in a fast-changing environment; (b) diligent in producing clear and cogent call-reports to document team decisions; (c) painstaking in the review and testing of new features against client-approved specs; (d) diplomatic yet insistent and effective in procuring necessary materials and/or decisions from clients and creative partners; and (e) willing to go the extra mile both for the client and the programming team when the final crunch is on to "get to done."
