Job Requirements:<br>

Hospitality experience in Human Resources or Operations highly desired.<br>
Experience interacting with senior management. <br>
Ability to multi-task and maintain good relationships with staff.<br>
Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining professional standards and organization.<br>
Excellent customer service skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent deductive and reasoning skills. <br>
Must have a sense of urgency and be self-motivated.<br>
Bi-lingual fluency in Spanish is an asset. <br>

The position reports directly to the COO and will include daily interactions with the Executive Directors (Operations, Administration, Payroll, and Business Development).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

Will connect non-custodial fathers to formal child support and help parents learn the benefits of child support as a resource for self-sufficiency. Counselor will deliver comprehensive career counseling, parenting and job readiness instruction and referral services to both custodial and non-custodial parents who are participating in the STEP program.  <br>

Job Description:<br>
•Through individual and group sessions, address how the establishment of paternity and formal child support serves to support families in achieving self-sufficiency and may lead to increased involvement of fathers in the lives of their children.<br>
•Encourage non-custodial parents to engage the child support program and make them aware of the rules governing child support in an effort to help them obtain orders reflective of their earnings, avoid the accumulation of arrears, and lead to retaining their jobs and paying child support.<br>
•Develop behavioral, educational and vocational goals and plan with participants in accordance with the Employability Plan and TABE (Tests of Adult Basic Education) test results.<br>
•Conduct workshops utilizing prepared parenting curricula and appropriate training materials, integrating vocational concepts and activities into the classroom on a daily basis.<br>
•Work to ensure that all documentation requirements in concert with OCSE (Office of Child Support Enforcement )/ HRA are met. <br>
• Work closely with Job Developers to place participants in meaningful jobs.  Assist with placement and milestone verifications as needed.<br>
•Manage all program operations in accordance with HRA and industry regulations, agency policies, and HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) guidelines.<br>
<br>
Requirements:<br>
Bachelor’s Degree required. In lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree, a H.S. Diploma plus four (4) years relevant social services work experience may be considered.<br>
Two (2) years prior professional experience providing personal and employment counseling to non-custodial parents required. <br>
Experience or familiarity with navigating the child support system preferred.<br>
Experience in social services or vocational rehabilitation-related field preferred.<br>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.<br>

JOB DESCRIPTION/ REQUIREMENTS<br>
Responsible for the development and administration of Employee Relations Program and employee advocacy<br>
Develops, implements, and administers the management-labor relations area of the personnel program in an effort to improve labor relations<br>
Investigates problems, such as: working conditions, disciplinary actions, and employee and applicant appeals and grievances. According to circumstances, provides guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental officials and individuals.<br>
Advise management on the formulation and administration of plans and policies for human resource activities. <br>
Act as internal consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues relating to assigned program or section area.  <br>
Prepare and maintain special internal and external reports as requested by immediate supervisor.  Answer non routine requests for information on policy interpretation.  <br>
Conduct periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.  <br>
Assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.<br>
Helps employees, supervisors, and department heads to settle work-related conflicts through advice, recommendation and disciplinary actions.<br>
Develops and maintains affirmative action program; maintains other records, reports, and logs to conform to EEO regulations.<br>
Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.<br>

EDUCATION <br>

-Answer, screen, and properly handle incoming and outgoing calls as well as respond to routine inquiries. Processes incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.

-Recruiting- Post jobs as needed, screens candidates for interview process over the phone, sets up potential candidates for interviews and participates in the initial phase of the interview process.

-Responds to employment verification requests, background checks, etc.
<br>
-Adheres to all policies and procedures of the department and the organization. Performs other duties as assigned.

Una vez que ya hayas escrito tu sueño, quiero que hagas una lista de todas las actividades que tienes que realizar para alcanzar tu sueño.<br>

La diferencia entre la gente que tiene éxito y la gente que vive una vida “promedio” es que la gente que tiene éxito “hace que las cosas sucedan”.<br>

Key Responsibilities<br>

Client Delivery<br>
•	Deliver specific client projects that meet revenue targets as a consultant to include the following responsibilities: <br>
•	Develop and implement appropriate project plans <br>
•	Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative client data for both consulting engagements and to evaluate organizations participating in Best Companies applications processes<br>
•	Write and edit reports, including making recommendations for change <br>
•	Deliver (onsite and via phone) presentations of survey results<br>
•	Advise clients on change/transformation process<br>
•	Develop, customize, and facilitate workshops and full cultural assessment projects<br>
•	Facilitate focus groups<br>
•	Hold ultimate responsibility for client experience, service, and quality<br>

Client Management<br>
•	For all clients- schedule and conduct a post project call to debrief what worked well and what needs improvement; document and share all information gathered<br>
•	Contact clients periodically after their projects are completed to maintain strong relationships, understand how their needs are evolving and identify opportunities for future partnerships<br>

Sales<br>
•	Support Business Development team as needed to meet revenue targets<br>
•	Retain active clients by maintaining relationship and working to understand the specific needs and situation of clients; customize a recommendation for a project to specifically target clients’ needs in maintaining/transforming their culture<br>
•	Speak publicly on behalf of the Institute at key events as needed to increase awareness among prospective clients <br>

Experience Requirements<br>
•	Education/Formal Training: BA or BS required, with a preference for an advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, <br>
