Prestigious University is seeking a Temporary Human Resources Coordinator.
Position Responsibilities:
Respond to a variety of inquiries regarding human resources related issues (e.g., policies and procedures, vacation/sick day accumulation, payroll deadlines), resolve routine and non routine problems, and consult with supervisor.
Prepare and process administrative, office, technical and casual employees' personnel/payroll forms:including new hire information, status changes, FMLA and personal leave forms, and performance evaluations.
Preparation; identify, research and reconcile discrepancies and resolve routine problems.
Assist with payroll processing and tracking of personnel data for full-time and Separation, performance and salary reviews actions for administrative, office, technical and casual staff; review and process related paperwork; maintain database; supervise completion and processing of all new hire paperwork including I-9 forms and telephone reference checks.
Perform other clerical duties: photocopy and fax materials, process forms, maintain office files and records, maintain inventory of
general office supplies, pick up/deliver mail and materials, etc.
Maintain attendance records.
Ideal candidates will have a payroll and HR background. 3-7years HR experience and a 4 year degree. Must be open to Temp work. This is a 3-5 month Temp position. Email resumes in Word Format.
