We (two males) are joining Bloomberg for work from May 27. Need a place to stay starting before that. 2BDR or 1BDR with living both good. Looking for an easy commute by subway 4,6 or N,R,W to office every weekday or in best case just walk or bike. Abt me: http://www.cs.utexas.edu/~adi001

I have been in US for 2 years and paid all bills, credit should be good. Can find a Guarantor as I have my undergraduate senior working in New York for more than 3 years now and few other classmates and seniors. None that I know of from previous generation in NYC, though uncles in London/CA/Pittsburg.
Is Annual Income 40X The Rent?
My annual income is 85k base salary and the same for my to-be-roommate. That gives a 2125/- per person if you divide by 40
Are you specifically looking on the Upper East Side?
not necessarily, we are just looking for something from where we can commute to 731 Lexington Avenue (Bloomberg) i.e. 59th & Lexington Ave.
Specifically looking for a 2BD?
We will probably prefer that, though good with 1 BDR with a living room as well if spacious and cheap. Remember that we are two guys.
