We are looking for a home exchange in NYC by the end of July-beginning of August (other dates might work as well). We offer a loft for two-three people in Amsterdam centre, or a 3 bedroom apartment in Madrid. <br>

Our loft is conveniently located right across the central park of Amsterdam, and we also have a large roofterrace with it. <br>
 <br>
Our place in Madrid is a 100 square meters apartment in the center of Madrid, 5 minutes away from the metro stop Colombia. Our area is quite upper class, so very green and quiet, but with the commodity of being in the centre. <br>
 <br>
THE FLAT<br>
It is located at the 4th floor with elevator. <br>
We have a large living-eating room, with lots of light. You'll enjoy our large flat TV, DVD, etc and of course airconditioning. It can get quite warm already in June in Madrid!<br>
The kitchen is fully equiped, anything you can need.<br>
We have also 3 double bedrooms, one being used as study room. And to finish, two complete bathrooms, one with shower, one with bathtub; The whole house has wooden floors.<br>
Everything has been just rebuilt, so nice, fresh, modern. <br>
 <br>
THE AREA<br>
Very convenient, as I said it is very well communicated, also if you wanna take Madrid as starting point to visit the area. Toledo, Salamanca, Segovia, all of them in the neighbourhood and more than worth a visit.<br>
We have lots of green areas around, also gyms, tennis courts, golf, etc<br>
Supermarkets and all other commerce is 5 mins away.<br>
 <br>
What else can I add? Well, we are very relaxed, quiet people. Steve goes often to Princeton, since he works for an American company located there, and this time I will join him there to spend sometime in one of my favourite cities. It would be great then if we find an exchange. <br>
