1. FZAD Architecture + Design is a boutique office that does creative retail, residential and commercial architectural and interior projects. Our web site targets the unique client. (www.fzad.com) We have been in business for 23 years and have a very extensive portfolio. What distinguishes us from other firms is our high end approach with the principal on site to manage the project during construction. We have a convenient office in New York City at 41 East 60th Street between Madison and Park Avenue.

2. The position is for an independent architect or designer to source leads and new business on a 10% commission basis. Your focus would be on government contracts and restoration projects.. We will provide marketing materials for publicity and brochures to send to potential clients and customers. You will operate independently and not be an employee of the company. You may come and go as your schedule permits.

3. Principal of FZAD, Frederic Zonsius has worked in NYC for over 35 years with an extensive portfolio of additions and renovations. We will provide simple tasks of filing documents to complete set of documents and designs based upon an historical stylistic approach.

4. FZAD also is LEED Certified and can provide energy solutions for all existing and new projects including phot-voltics where one actually sells electric power back to Con Edison.

5. Once FZAD receives the project, you as an architect, designer or manager can also gain an income by tracking, drafting or managing the project depending upon your skills and what you would like to do.

6. The individual has to be well groomed and ideally have an architectural back ground so one can converse architecturally about the profession and the potential project that is being pitched.
