New York City Council Member seeks interns to work in City Hall office. Responsibilities include working with the Council Member's Legislative and Communications staff on issue-based research and writing, from correspondence and press outreach to intensive policy analysis. Candidates should have strong organizational and writing skills and an interest in New York City government and services. This is an excellent opportunity for current college students and recent graduates to hone research and writing skills and gain hands-on experience in local government.
