Tisserie Bakery is looking for a GM to run the Union Square Location.
Requirements:
- 5+ Years of experience in the food world
- Positive Attitude
- Quickbooks and Micros pos system proficient
- must have experience with control systems, payroll, schedules
- Must know how to develop and implement hiring/training manuals
- should be flexible to work long hours
- lots of growing potential.
- Spanish a plus
