-AM/PM service and/or production
-Operating in a clean and organized workspace
-Working as a team player to produce desserts that reflect our commitment to high-end Italian cuisine
-Demonstrate a passion for the pastry arts and desire to learn advanced plating skills, dessert composition, and avant-garde techniques
-Baking and Pastry Arts degree (or equivalent work experience)
-A minimum of one year of SOLID dessert plating experience, preferably in Michelin-starred or fine-dining restaurant
-Able to work with minimal supervision and handle pressure well
-Able to read, write, and speak English fluently
-Willing to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
-Stable job history and responsible work ethic
-Strong communication skills that include a respectful and pleasant demeanor
