Daniel Stern Restaurants seeks entry-level and experienced line cooks to join their opening team at R2L. Following the successful launch of Mid-Atlantic, Chef Daniel Stern’s newest venture takes classic cocktail cuisine and gives it a modern twist in what is soon to become one of Philadelphia's most dramatic dining rooms. Located on the 37th Floor of Two Liberty Place R2L offers stunning views of Philadelphia and beyond.
This is a great opportunity for experienced cooks to work in a busy open kitchen with a team that has long-term experience in top Philadelphia and NYC kitchens (Gayle, Rea, Le Bec Fin, Lespinasse, Daniel, Bouley, Blue Hill, Adour, The Modern).
Ideal candidates are those who have drive, passion and are committed to learning and growing with a restaurant group. Prior fine-dining experience is preferred.
