EXCELLENT NANNY JOB FOR 3 AND 6 YEAR OLD.

Growing NYC family of 2 loving parents and 2 children, ages 6 and 3. We are involved parents (stay at home mom, dad who comes home early every night); and we're crazy about our kids! Our 6 year old is a high-energy, extremely intelligent girl who needs constant challenge. Our 3 year old is a mellow, cuddly boy who is very easy-going. They are so different from each other. But they are best pals (except when arguing over a toy of course). We like to travel as a family to skiing and beaches; we also like to go to our farm in the country on weekends, where we hike and enjoy outdoor activities.

The person who seems ideal for our family is someone who really loves children and understands what stimulates their minds. Someone who is happy and fun, but not hyper or loud. Someone who can get creative with our picky eaters (!) and convince them to try new healthy foods, and who also enjoys being outdoors with them. We need someone who is a good swimmer, speaks excellent English, is patient but firm. Driver's license a plus. Also someone who is here in the US legally and would be able to travel with us (Caribbean) on occasion. A nanny who has teaching experience would be an extra plus, though not necessary.
