PUPTOPIA is a caring, attentive, and experienced dog walking and pet sitting company.
We are currently looking to hire a substitute dog walker. The substitute walker would be needed to fill in last minute if one of our walkers is sick or on vacation. The substitute walker position is ideal for someone looking for a secondary source of income and is best suited for someone who has a job already, such as a bartender or actor, or someone who is available during daytime hours.To qualify for an interview applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Passionate about animals and nature.
- Experience with animals and preferably raised with a family dog, or have a dog now.
- Punctual, professional, attentive, observant, patient, and keenly aware of surroundings.
- Resident of Manhattan, or within very close proximity of Manhattan.
- Physically fit and able to work Monday through Friday from 11am-4pm.
- Must have a cell phone and immediate access to internet.
- Able to deal with the full spectrum of weather and outdoor elements.
- Have solid communication skills.
- Legally allowed to work in the U.S.
- Able to start immediately.
- Willing to submit to criminal background check.
