(I posted similar ad in media but saw more designers than possible jr. producers/assistants.)

A small web development company is looking for someone who wants to really learn the office and production side of websites. There is alot of work, and the client emails and projects are enough that someone who can handle these areas has the possibility of becoming our de facto producers and account person in time.
Budget wise, we are starting at $15 an hour, which, we know, is not much. What you will get is hands on experience learning how a web and software development company works and operates. We don't just build one off websites, we build intensive apps for fortune 500 companies, and the agencies that often work for them.

So although design chops are a plus, what we want is someone who is tech savvy, and really wants to learn. Think of it as an apprenticeship where you will be paid as well. If your experience and passion speaks to it, we want to hear from you. Although the starting rate is low, you have a chance to endear yourself as an integral part of a small organization on the brink of growth. Client skills, Phone skills, and organization skills are paramount. The more that you can take off our plate the better, and as we grow, so will your responsibility and rate.

This can start part time during the week, but we hope it grows into a full time capacity.

Please send emails and resumes with a short blurb about yourself to Ninjafinder (at) gmail.com with the word "operations" in the subject line.

Thanks!
