Pre-product launch, start-up in the real estate industry is looking for an experienced developer to lead the development of the companys PHP + AJAX/MySQL web site and application.
Responsibilities include:
Manage projects to develop the Companys web sites and applications
Work with vendors to facilitate projects
Monitor application performance and support clients and internal users by troubleshooting
Assist Management with all technical-related tasks
Mentor and lead a development team when needed
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of Zend framework
Skill with PHP (at least 5 years), PostgreSQL, SQL
Ability to quickly learn existing applications
Ability to design solutions and implement hands-on the requirements
Ability to communicate effectively with teammates
Ability to work independently and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision
Proven ability to lead relationships with vendors
Good advantage - experience in crawling technologies
Immidiate start needed
Credentials and Experience
B.S. degree in developer-related major or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience with PHP, MS SQL Server maintenance
Some experience with JavaScript/AJAX
Special Requirements
Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends when requested by COO
