Resolute Digital is a fast-growing, full-service digital advertising agency with offices in NYC and Northern New Jersey. We're mostly Mac on the desktop with some PC sprinkled in – a combination of art and science. We prefer open source and LAMP on the server side but work with all platforms. We build for iPhone and Android, websites, micro-sites, landing pages, display ads, flash apps, banners, and widgets, and proprietary tools and web services. We’re also extremely skilled at Search Engine Marketing (both SEO and SEM).

We’re growing fast, and need developers. We’re interested in talking to you if you have used (really used, as in coded a full project that we can see live on the internet) three or more of the following:

LAMP servers
Object Oriented PHP
MySQL
Symfony (Preferred) or Code Igniter PHP Frameworks
HTML/CSS/AJAX/Javascript

We would sacrifice some experience for intelligence and hard work ethic any day. We need a detail oriented, great communicator who has common sense and is a quick learner. No ego, pretense, or drama is allowed. We're a small firm with 4 founding partners that are all extremely hard working. Excellence is rewarded and leads down a path towards eventual partnership and profit-sharing, and anything else won't last here. Candidates should be willing to work primarily in our NY office, and travel as required to our Northern NJ office or elsewhere as required.

Our ideal candidate loves technology, digests APIs for breakfast, comes in in the morning with new ideas, dreams code, and can still communicate ideas in english. You believe in deadlines and meet them religiously. You see problems while they are still small, and offer tangible solutions. You document your code.

We're not suits but we will work all hours to get a project right and sometimes our weekends don't start on Saturday. We're not going to sit on your shoulder and tell you what to do all day, which is why we are looking for self-starters that hustle and deliver.
