SENIOR SITE SUPERINTENDENT
Moulin & Associates is a small, fast-growing Manhattan-based design-build firm involved in innovative, high-end residential projects (townhouses, lofts, penthouses, etc.) We offer excellent salary and benefits and a unique opportunity to grow along with us.
We are seeking a Senior Site Superintendent responsible for overseeing all trades and managing day to day operations on job site. The successful candidate should be a high-energy self-starter, interested in committing to this unique growth opportunity and upside potential.
Requirements:
10+ years experience as a site superintendent for large, private, high-end NYC residential projects; townhouse experience strongly preferred
Ability to execute architectˇ¦s demanding blueprints and specifications
Strong knowledge of all trades, including structural/mechanical, electrical, etc.
Basic knowledge of NYC building codes, and DOB
Strong site organization and leadership skills, site safety and site logistical experience required in order to complete projects within very demanding schedules.
