Job Description:
Were looking for a couple of individuals to join our expanding Customer Call Center Operations department. Responsible for quickly & professionally answering inbound calls to provide telephone customer support.
Position Requirements:
Strong customer service and problem-resolution skills
Customer-focused
Impeccable attention to detail
Must have exemplary track record of reliability
Excellent communication skills, exceptional verbal and written command of the English language
Team player
Manages time efficiently
Solid computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office programs a necessity
Computer Technical experience or knowledge a plus
Minimum of 1 year of industry or call center customer experience
High School Diploma / College Degree preferred
