Assist Senior Consultants / Project Managers in estimating recruiting costs and timelines based on internal database and screening criteria
• Use internal recruiting database and client lists to develop target lists for telephone and internet projects
• Solicit bids from external recruiting vendors for outsourcing requisite portions of the overall project recruit
• Schedule telephone interviews with respondents (Telephone/Email/e-Fax/Internet)
• Write and send Internet survey invitations
• Record telephone interview schedule and monitor overall telephone recruiting progress in database
• Work with Senior Consultants / Project Managers on recruiting timeline and telephone interview schedules
• Monitor externally outsourced portions of overall project recruit
• Monitor overall Internet recruiting progress on online survey management system
• Report to Director of Recruiting

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science or equivalent. Interest or concentration in Healthcare, Foreign Language, Computer Science or data management, a plus.
-2-5 years of Experience working in a data management and/or telemarketing or recruiting background and/or healthcare data gathering/communicator and/or knowledge of.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks requiring a high attention to detail, meet deadlines, and successfully resolve conflict
- Excellent problem solving, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- Professional and friendly communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and email systems.
- 2 to 5 years of research recruiting or relevant experience required. A combination of internal recruitment and external agency experience preferred.
- Analytical ability combined with sound practical judgment.
- Excellent human relations skills, and verbal and written communications skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills. - Must be detailed oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong business acumen. –
-Strong client relations skills specifically working with physicians developing relationships, a plus.

Other Preferred Qualifications: Fluency in German or any other foreign language or advance degree or knowledge of database management/computer science
