Cosi is the premium convenience restaurant that offers breakfast lunch afternoon coffee dinner and dessert menus full of creative fresh flavorful food and beverages. We are hiring creative enthusiastic and energetic individuals for our Catering Call Center positions

Purpose of Position
• Provide direct support to the Catering Hub by ensuring customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time.
• Assist with developing customer base and building the Cosi brand within the targeted customer community.

Position Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and update the system with accurate delivery information.
• Effectively communicate with internal partners regarding catering orders.
• File all related orders and documents.
• Verify that invoices are approved and properly coded.
• Enter invoices in the system.
• Establish a working relationship with customers and internal partners that results in - the gathering of information in a timely manner the processing and delivery of orders correctly and the promotion of a positive image of Cosi.

Requirements - Essential Qualifications and Experience
• High School Graduate.
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• Experience with high call volume inbound and outbound.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and to deadline.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized/strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills that include proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Ability to work irregular hours and overtime when necessary.
