I'm looking to work with a Ruby on Rails (or other agile language) developer interested in picking up a project. This is my second startup / web property and I'm seeking an engineer who can help see this idea through to a launch whereby I can assess viability. Long story short, I was working with a very skilled developer who, for personal reasons, had to leave midway through this project.

I specify Ruby because that's the language in which he started writing the app. The app is a platform that creates a separate environment for a group of Twitter users - I'll happily explain in person over coffee. It would be great if you've developed with the Twitter API previously and are familiar with its nuances.

Send me an email with examples of your previous work and I'll get back to you. I'm a young founder, so I don't have a lot of money :) The ideal might be meeting a fellow young entreprenurial developer who wants to join in an equity share.
