8 one hour sessions of career management and advancement coaching for

The series will:
• Provide practical strategies, skills and techniques to promote
professional development

• Uncover the roadblocks that are limiting your success
Each session is a one-hour module facilitated by Virginia Russell.
Participants will engage in interactive exercises, role plays and case
studies. The group environment allows participants to share
experiences and learn from each other, as well as from the facilitator.

decade has trained thousands of employees in Fortune 500 companies, law
firms and nonprofit organizations. Virginia specializes in coaching
