We are currently seeking a full time Document Management Production Manager who is a customer service and career-minded; and, who is able to work in a fast paced production environment. We have achieved success for the past 30 years by providing our customers the highest level of quality and service.

Key responsibilities include:

-Pick up phone and take orders
-Client Relationship Management – update client on projects
-Delineate task to works
-Organize project and ensure they are completed accurately and on time
-Help develop the skills of employee with training
-General office duties
-Operator for copying, scanning, blowback, and E-discovery processing

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years management experience within a document management, including production skills applied to a customer service environment
• Must be experienced in using I-Pro, Law, Ribstone
• Understand load file manipulation and Access database usage
• Responsible for the maintenance, loading and quality control of client document databases, images, and load files
• Knowledge of database manipulation, in particular Concordance, Summation, and IPR0, LAW or similar software.
• Manage in-house litigation support team and setup scanning and batch printing projects, and OCR jobs for our production department.
• Create various Microsoft Access database modules to produce load files for various litigation programs for our clients.
• Perform various EDD jobs to convert PST, Lotus, and electronic files to images with load files.
• Must be proficient in scanning / imaging and high –speed printing
• Basic programming, PC troubleshooting, familiarity with Access\SQL and DT search
• Very good writing and oral communication
• Ability to deliver training, provide coaching and developmental feedback
• Strong organization skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Reflect the ability to work harmoniously with others
