Small, creative, high-end and well established accessories company is seeking a master bookkeeper with some impressive leadership skills! We are a small tightly-knit company in which each employee plays an integral role and want someone that can “run the show” without being micromanaged.
This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive amount of bookkeeping that wants to further their career and responsibilities! The individual we are looking for has at least 2+ years of bookkeeping and office management experience and will have strong knowledge of QuickBooks Pro, Excel and MAC OSX software. You should have great interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, meticulously organized, and be able to multitask.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Assisting CEO with business and personal needs
• Managing staff of 10-15 people
• A/R and A/P using QuickBooks
• Payroll and HR
• Invoicing all sales purchase orders
• Answering phones
• Ordering office supplies
