A young dynamic Computer Accessories company is seeking an in-house ACCPAC Application Administrator.

This role requires you to have full working knowledge of the most current versions of Sage ACCPAC Accounting System operating various modules, you must also have a strong accounting/bookkeeping background, as this role interacts heavily with the CFO of the company in addition to all upper
management and investors.

Prior experience in manufacturing (consumer electronics) & large retailers is mandatory for this position.

Within ACCPAC applications, you must possess the aptitude to efficiently do the following:

> * Monitor & maintain bank & tax services

> * Define Account Payables options

> * Set up and monitor Account Sets, Distribution codes,
Distribution Sets, Term Codes, Vendor Groups

> * Creating, adding and modifying vendor & retailer accounts

> * Posting opening balances for existing accounts

> * Transaction processing including posting invoices, credit
notes and adjustments
>
> * Export and import of entry and creating recurring batches

> * Creation of payment selection code/payment control

> * Pre register, check run, manual check processing and misc.
payments

> * Record prepayments

> * Posting sub ledger batches in G/L

> * Backing up data files, viewing and printing GL reports and
> financial statements

> * Monthly, Quarterly, and Year end data processing

> * Report creation and execution with in all modules for Finance and Sales (ACCPAC & Report Writing programming skill sets
needed)

Additional Skill Sets Required:
* Strong technical knowledge of business computer systems-
> SAGE ACCPAC.

> * Awareness of new technologies to meet business solutions.

> * Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, decision-
> making, and problem solving skills, & time management are required.

> * Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal
> skills required.

> * Act as primary contact for work requests and progress.

> * Communicate project milestones and constraints to senior
> management.

> * Must have initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail,
> and a sense of urgency.
