Gold Star Properties of New York is a boutique-style real estate brokerage firm specializing in apartment rentals and sales in developing residential areas in the New York Tri-State area. We handle other aspects of real estate including: exclusive real estate marketing, lifestyle management services, property management, commercial leasing, and investment sales.
As the newest and most professionally operated real estate brokerage we are growing rapidly and in search of highly motivated Account Executives whose core values are aligned with ours. We will train you on how to rent and sell luxury apartments in New York City with us. We hire full-time Account Executives licensed to practice real estate in New York and assist new Account Executives to become licensed in real estate in as little as 2 weeks!

At Gold Star we prefer to hire individuals to work with us full-time as their primary employer, 5-6 days per week. 60+ hours is typical for Associates within our firm. Weekend days are prime opportunity periods, but you set and control your own schedules.

Responsibilities of Reps are, but not limited to:
Creating and posting advertisements, responding to client calls, networking and attending broker parties and other social networking events, interviewing customers and clients, selecting and showing properties, preparing and processing transactions, attending lease signings, negotiating rental amounts with leasing managers and more.
