Leading NYC based interactive agency is seeking an exceptional candidate to lead our Project Management team. The Project Manager Supervisor is the “go to guy” of the agency. You will be responsible for hands on management of Project Managers, Traffic and the overall production process. Enforcing policies and procedures, ensuring the consistency of planning documents and runs daily status meetings.
Responsibilities
• Scoping projects and define all requirements and deliverables (schedules, budgets, goals etc)
• Responsible for the timely and on-budget execution of projects
• Serve as the main client contact for project related communication
• Collaborates with the project team to identify the approach, deliverables, schedule and tools to deliver the project within established constraints
• Manages overall use of external resources
• Responsible for overall QA process
• Using our project management software to effectively track schedules, budgets, timesheets, and communication associated with projects
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Responsible for reporting on projections
• Responsible for training of new Project Management and Traffic staff
• Maintain and enforce agency policies
Qualifications
• 4+ Years interactive agency experience (MUST HAVE AGENCY EXPERIENCE)
• Must have been in a client-facing role
• Expert understanding of the web design/development lifecycle
• Experience creating client-ready documents such as schedules, budgets, and project specification documents
• Must have managed a team of at least 3 people
• Strong problem solver
