Well organized and experienced Project Manager sought for small residential remodeling firm based in Manhattan and serving Manhattan and Brooklyn. Prefer Manhattan resident.
We design, sell the products and install new kitchens, baths and complete home interiors for individual owners of coops, condo apartments and some private homes.
We serve the mid to high end market. The indivdual must have a MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE IN NYC HIGH RISE APARTMENTS. Also requires good computer skills.
The majority of project management hours will be weekdays but will require some evenings (approx. 4 per month) and occasionally weekend appointments-more by phone and email after 5pm on weekdays and on weekends. Entails daily site visits and constant client/office interaction, scheduling and coordinating trades and materials deliveries as well as quality control. Office meetings as well.
Please reply only if you have a minimum of 5 years experience as a PM for renovations in NYC high rises. Will need prior contractor and customer references. Must be strong in english, verbal and written.
Own transportation required.
Location: Manhattan
- Compensation: Commission based-3% on total of each project. Can avg from $500 to $1200 per wk depending on # of projects managed.
