Looking for artist behind “Adless World” series

Artworld insiders, I need you help!
I’m desperately trying to identify an artist whose work I remember reading about a few years ago, and I thought the New York listings would be a good place to reach people who might be able to help me.
The artist created a series of photographs of commercial streets in which all of the corporate logos and advertising signage has been digitally retouched so that it looks like the store and other corporate spaces have blank signs, marquees, banners, etc. I’m almost certain that the series is called “Adless World” (although a Google search didn’t generate any useful information) and that it was shown in a gallery somewhere in the United Stated within the last 5 years. If anyone knows the name of that artist, please let me know!
