Half and quarter shares are available in a beautiful 3 bedroom / 2 bath house in East Hampton (~ 2 miles from the Amagansett train station). Casual group, all professionals, 30s to 40s, dog friendly, no smoking.

The location and amenities are great:
- Newly renovated, new kitchen with GE Profile stainless appliances and granite counter top, new beds, fireplace, wi-fi, weekly cleaning, and a hammock for lounging
- Two decks and BBQ
- Open layout with plenty of room
- Walk to the bay beach and deli at the end of the block
- Minutes to the ocean, Amagansett, and East Hampton

The following weekends are available: 5/23 (Memorial Day), 6/6, 6/20, 7/18, 7/25, 8/8, 8/29 (Labor Day), and 9/5

Prices:
Quarter Shares (4 weekends): $1250 per person (two per room – either one queen or two twins) or $2500 for the room
Half Shares (8 weekends): $2500 per person (two per room - either one queen or two twins) or $5,000 for the room

The group enjoys biking, Atlantic Beach, boogie boarding, post beach time at Cyril’s, bbq's at the house, checking out the local restaurants, and spending time with other share houses
