TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPS NEEDED!!! MELVILLE, NY
Looking for Energetic and Computer Savvy Technical Support Representatives to work in a major call center for a Corporate Media Company located in Melville, NY. This is a great ENTRY-level position for anyone interested in Information Technology and/or Help Desk!!!
This is a full-time, temp to permanent position. Will be working 40 hrs a week, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day with 2 days off. The hourly pay rate starts $13.00! Four week training is also paid for! Candidates will be considered for permanent placement based on performance and attendance in 3-4 months! Once temps go permanent with the company, pay increases are given (Depending On Experience) plus excellent benefits package, great perks, Free Optimum package and much room for growth within the company!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical support reps will be responsible for troubleshooting computer and cable equipment, answering billing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
Hiring for the EVENING SHIFT ONLY – Training hours Mon-Fri 3:30 pm -12 am for 8 weeks. Shifts Available (post training):
• 2pm-10:30pm, Fri/Sat off• 2:30pm-11pm, Fri/Sat off
• 3pm-11:30pm, Fri/Sat off• 3:30pm-12am, Fri/Sat off
• 4pm-12:30am, Fri/Sat off• 4:30pm-1am, Fri/Sat off
• 4:30pm-1am, Sun/Mon off
Requirements - MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE A MINIMUM OF 45 WPM (You will be tested) A.S. DEGREE OR A+ CERTIFICATION
* MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER OR WORKING IN
AN ENVIRONMENT WITH HEAVY PHONE CALL VOLUME.
* MUST PASS A 10 YEAR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING.
