Bachelors Science Electrical Engineering
Analog design, Charger circuits, Micro power circuits
Responsibility over Equipment/Tools: PC, Testing equipment
Electronic failures, redesign costs, increased labor costs, miss deliveries
Training Requirements: Orientation,ISO9001, Safety , Hazard communication, ESD
Job Description:
To design, develop, test and supervise the manufacturing of electrical systems which meet and exceed customer specification standards focusing on economy, safety, quality and sustainability.
Responsibility & Authority:
Design and development of all electrical systems and products use in the manufacturing of batteries and related parts
Support efforts to prepare Contract Drawings and Contract Specifications
Create models and prototypes of products
Researching solutions and estimating costs and timescales
Interface with others on design team, mechanical engineer for power and packaging.
Liaising with customer and contractors
Provide technical guidance and support to production personnel
Develop test plan for product quality and acceptance.
Record, analyze and interpret test data, including modification and retesting products
Qualify final product or system
Prepare product documentation, writing reports and giving presentations
