We seek an individual that can help provide high quality PC and Mac network support, maintenance and troubleshooting for our mid-sized Nassau County based printing and publishing business.
This part-time, hourly position is for an individual with good Mac/Windows desktop AND network knowledge:
- Experience with configuring, installing and troubleshooting Windows workstations.
- Experience with working with and troubleshooting Macs.
- Experience with various Mac & Windows Server technologies is also a plus.
- General hardware troubleshooting and repair & system upgrade knowledge.
- Ability to help employee with applications, MS Office, and a variety of email programs including Outlook.
- Microsoft Certifications a major plus but not required.
- Manage and carry out the implementation of special projects.
This is a great job for the right candidate who is looking for some regular part-time work. You must have a strong service focus, good people skills and a desire to want to help solve problems quickly and offer suggestions for future improvements.
