Two rooms have become available in this recently renovated home.
The utilities are somewhat include but at the time of move-in a $300 fee will have to be given for oil and at the start of the summer a $200 fee is required to cover the air conditioning bills. A $500 deposit is all that is needed to hold either room. I am not asking anyone to sign a lease until they have been in the house for six months. I understand that in this economy that a lot of things can happen.

Both rooms have their own thermostat and private custom bathrooms!! The shared kitchen has stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops. The shared living room has a plasma TV with a DVD player. The house has a wireless connection. Both rooms are wired for cable but if you want a Cable Box the extra cost is yours (it's about $10 per/month). Without the box you just get basic channels. The full basement has the washer and dryer for your use. There is a central vac. and alarm system.

The larger room is the master bedroom. It's over 1,000sf. There is a private walk out balcony at the back of the master bedroom. There is a 10x12 room off of the master bedroom that is perfect for an office or nursery. Kid friendly, not problem about that. For two people the rent is $1,200 per/month. For one person it's $1,000 per month.

The other second floor bedroom is about 300sf. It has a private bathroom and everything mentioned except it doesn't have a walk out balcony. That room is available for $825 per/month.
