Let's face it, they are not building the casinos because they believe that this depressed market situation is going to last forever. I am forming a group of Nationwide Private Investors that understand while the first couple of years the investment may be nothing more than a write-off; that after the market swings and we sell the investment/raw land for a profit, that money will be made. I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY OR AN ACCOUNTANT ... but will employ independent ones to protect your investment; I have 13 years experience in this market. I would like to keep our group of investors small 10-15... Your expenses will consist of your initial investment ($100K and up) any attorney and or accounting fees over the years and misc. expenseses to be split proportionately amongst the investors, and of course mailing costs ..... My 'management fee' will be in the form of a percentage of the purchase price, and or land leases that I can negotiate on behalf of the LLC. All of your capital contributions will be made payable to the Limited Liability Company (with it's own tax identification number and bank account) with year end accounting provided for your taxes....
