Office space wanted with garage & shower (if possible) - Suffolk only! (Suffolk County)
I'm a contractor with a newly formed business. I am looking for a small office (200 sq feet would do) with a bathroom and plumbing available (hot/cold water, drainage needed for large sink, etc). I am on call and would need 24/7 access. I have quite a bit of machinery that I use, so I am looking for garage space if possible. All of my machines are portable and easily fit through doors, so other options for basic storage will be considered (I would imagine that 200 additional sq feet or so would do). Would also require high speed internet; and am quite fond of Optimum Online -- would prefer this is available at the location. I'd need a place to park my work van and trailer, too.
I don't care about appearances, provided it's functional. would prefer West Suffolk, but will consider anywhere within Suffolk.
I've no set time to rent, but would like to find somewhere relatively soon. Cost is a concern, as I am a new business, but I don't see it being an obstacle, particularly for the right place.
