The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of litigation experience, including experience in both Federal and New York State Courts, with both bench and jury trials, taking depositions, and pre-trial motion practice. The candidate should have an in depth knowledge of the NY CPLR and the FRCP and have finely honed analytical, research and writing skills. The candidate must also be fully literate with Microsoft Word, Westlaw, and LexisNexis.
