Owner of a busy long island based property preservation company is looking to fill a full time opening.

Tasks include:
Lock changes, boarding of windows and doors, debris removal, lawn maintaince, janitorial services, inspections, general repairs, etc.
Must be at least 20 years old with a clean driver license and have some experience with power tools.

Rate of pay $100.00 per day, performance increase after 3 months, vaction and sick time.
Monday-Friday with an occasional Saturday.
