Our newly opened Sales Engineering Opportunity awaits you, if you have a minimum of a BSEE, BSCE or equivalent, are highly organized and can multi-task. The position’s main focus is to develop and close new business opportunities of $1M+ within a designated region. The ideal candidate’s abilities must include:
· Understanding your customer’s technical requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing personnel
· Develop proposals and negotiate agreements
· Maintain expert level of understanding of our products offered such as LCDs, SBCs and related equipment
· Travel throughout your assigned region making presentations to customers and visits to prospective customers
· Being able to apply technical knowledge to solve complex customer problems
· Oversee all new projects from the quote phase to the order closure
Previous technical and/or sales experience is a plus as well as, program management and experience with Linux or WinCE is preferred.
