Financial Services firm is looking for a Bookkeeper // Executive Assistant to support the President of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll activity, in a timely, professional, and discreet manner.
Preparing necessary weekly financial reports.
Process monthly bank reconciliation’s for all accounts.
Inputting daily invoices into both QuickBooks and Excel spreadsheets.
Compile and retrieve data for analysis.
Maintaining employee files (vacation/sick leave & time cards).
Writing checks / filing / mailing and maintaining customer and vendor relations.
Implement & document systems and procedures.
Qualifications:
The qualified candidate must have 2-3 years relevant experience.
Quick Books and Excel experience is essential.
Analytical ability and organization skills to handle multiple priorities and projects.
Excellent language and communication skills.
Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
Ability to work independently and in a fast paced environment.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Ability to learn new systems as well as implement new systems.
