We're a young web design/development company looking for an energetic Digital Sales Manager/Director, who can lead the North America Sales Department.
Job description
The Sales Manager is directly responsible for identifying, contacting, qualifying and developing viable new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts in North America.
• Identifying new clients and opportunities, prospecting, pursuing leads, and enlisting new customers,
• Business to business prospecting (Cold Calling),
• Negotiating contracts and closing opportunities,
• Establish and develop relationships with prospects, clients and industry influencers at all business levels.
Who we are looking for
• 5 to 8 years experience managing sales processes for internet solutions,
• Strong industry knowledge in Entertainment & Media and Healthcare is a big plus,
• Experience managing the entire sales process from developing the opportunity, organizing or delivering relevant workshops and demonstrations, to contract negotiation and closure,
• Experience with broad range of sales cycles including shorter telephone based sales all the way to longer enterprise sales with top tier global companies,
• Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment,
• Highly results oriented. Creative and proactive in terms of seeking and selling to prospects.
