Electronic Manufacturer seeks a Customer Service Representative assisting German sales office. German language fluency is required.
Job Purpose:
Receiving, processing, and replying to customers requests, comments, questions, and problems. This position is focused on, but not limited to, supporting our office in Germany and replying/servicing German customers.
Duties:
* Recieve Phone calls, emails, faxes from customers. Review the situation and reply to customer.
* Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
* Maintains customer records by updating account information.
* Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
* Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and conversational skills
- Self motivation, professional attitude, responsible
- Computer skills: Out look, Word, Excel, Power point
- German reading/writing/speaking required, French language skill is a big plus
