Golf Course seeking a dynamic professional for golf tournament sales. This individual will also assist in administering all daily operations including, but not limited to: facilitating sales, operating POS system, managing tee sheet applications. Promotes the club through excellent service, appearance and attitude. Assists in administering all point of sales applications and needs as it applies to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and tournament billing. Reconciles daily tee sheets, performs check-in, and receives payments from events. Promotes all club golf activities. Maintains a clean and orderly office. Prepares for all golf outings including coordinating scorecards, cart labels, rules sheets, score sheets, format sheets, favors, pairing sheets and hole assignments. Follows established opening and closing procedures. Assists with associate training. Maintains flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the General Manager. Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. Attends staff meetings.
