Our roommate is moving to the city and her room is available in July 1st.
The apt: a duplex in a brownstone building, 1 1/2 bathroom, one backyard, a great and spacious living room next to a convenient kitchen. 1 bedroom downstairs (mine) 2 bedrooms upstairs (one is Marie's the other yours) The room available has a closet, hard floor, a beautiful fireplace and a window with a view on the garden.
We are 4 blocks from Grove Path Station. laundry is one block away. shoprite is not far. restaurants, bars...
Us: 2 girls easy going. Working in the city 9-5. Marie is 31 and I am 26. Clean, respectful, we try to keep a good atmosphere in the house.
You: female or male (26/35), clean, good personality and pay rent on time.
We can smoke, drink in the apartment but no excess..
Rent: $800, heat, water and cable not included, about $100 a month. Security deposit is one month.
