One bedroom of this three bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the second floor of this home is available. We have a large fenced in yard, a washer and dryer in the basement (that takes coins), a driveway, plenty of street parking, hard wood floors, etc. The security deposit is a month and a half's rent due upon lease signing; the apartment is available asap.
