The apartment has a shared living room, large kitchen, and 1 bathroom.
The house is located in a quiet neighborhood across the street from a lightrail station, providing easy access to Bayonne, Hoboken, and downtown Jersey City, from where you can take the PATH or the ferry to New York City. The commute into Manhattan can be as short as 20 minutes! Bus lines are also close by for easy travel to elsewhere in Jersey City or Bayonne.
There are several parks in close proximity to other lightrail stations, as well as grocery stores and a mall. Laundromats and corner grocery stores are within walking distance. Street parking is available and free, no permits required.
Rent is $600 and includes heat and hot water. Electricity is extra, usually around $75 monthly for the entire apartment and is shared with the other roommates. The rooms come with a large built-in closet, and internet access is provided.
