Nice sized bedroom with recently renovated hardwood floors and a large closet. Apartment features extra large common area (already furnished!), lots of closet space and best of all, a huge PRIVATE deck! Its like adding a whole other room onto the house when the weather is nice. The apartment is located in a fantastic midtown area of Hoboken. Its about a 10 minute walk to just about anywhere in town. Its a 2 minute walk to the grocery store and a 1 minute walk to one of the best Italian delis in town!
Other tenant is an easy-going male is his late 20s. Rent is $980 plus utilities.
