1st & 2nd streets in Hoboken, only 5 minutes walk to the
Path Subway/Train. On the Path, Midtown and
Downtown New York City, are only 5 – 20 minutes away.
The SUBWAY RUNS 24/7.
Also, there is a bus stop ( only 2 minutes from the Apt.)
to Port Authority bus Terminal in Midtown NYC.
ABOUT THE ROOM
It is about 12' X 14'.
It is Air-conditioned; Clean Hard Wood Floor Comfortably
furnished with built-in closet, queen bed a chest
of drawers and a desk.
ABOUT THE APARTMENT
It is a handsome, furnished, clean, comfortable unit.
The Apt., has a spacious Living Room, Kitchen, bathroom,
refrigerators, Washer and Dryer. THESE ARE All SHARED.
Moreover, the space is operated on 'GREEN PRINCIPLES' so lights, TV
and other appliances are turned off when not in current use.
CLOTH AND OTHER DURABLE BAGS are provided, to minimize
or eliminate bringing plastic and other shopping bags
into the space, as well as minimize the production of
garbage.

I am a professional male Body Therapist. I WORK FROM HOME
AS WELL AS FROM OTHER LOCATIONS. (My work at home
does not compromise the privacy of Roommates).
I am cool, considerate, reasonable, respectful and open-minded.
My preference is to live in a clean good looking space, and
I favor 'GREEN', pro-environmental practices.
